Experience with catastrophic injuries and wrongful death including malpractice, trucking, and products liability preferred
Deposition, trial, and brief writing is also preferred
Qualification
Required
Admission to the bar in at least one state
Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy
Proficient with legal technology and practice management tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks
Highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of driving matters to conclusion
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
