Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Identify opportunities for modern technologies, such as agentic AI, to optimize marketing outcomes across CCB LOBs
Apply hands-on data analysis skills using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to explore data, troubleshoot issues, and validate data integrity
Build data-driven proof-of-concepts to test hypotheses and inform product development
Translate business needs into clear, technically informed requirements for engineering teams
Partner with marketing analytics, growth teams, and stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet objectives
Manage relationships and technical interactions with third-party vendors

Required

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, analysis, and validation
Hands-on experience with data manipulation and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Dataiku
Experience utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and spreadsheet software like Excel
Experience translating complex data requirements and business needs into actionable product specifications and user stories
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset

Preferred

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation, automation, and/or interacting with APIs
Direct experience working with data from Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) providers, and/or aggregated campaign reporting platforms
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing or data lake solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon AWS)
Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and/or data governance principles
Experience working with data for A/B testing or marketing experimentation
Deeper domain knowledge within the marketing analytics or advertising technology ecosystem
