Collaborating Psychiatrist (NY)

ReKlame Health is a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group focused on expanding access to behavioral health and addiction care. The Collaborating Psychiatrist will provide mentorship and support to psychiatric nurse practitioners, assist with Medicaid enrollment, and establish collaborative practice agreements within New York State.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Establishing formal collaborative practice agreements (provided by ReKlame) for our NY-licensed nurse practitioners within New York State
Conducting quarterly or tri-monthly meetings with each partnered Nurse Practitioner. During these sessions, each NP will present 2-3 prepared cases for review
Facilitating provider Medicaid enrollment by signing state-required collaboration forms, thereby expanding ReKlame’s reach to individuals requiring psychiatric care

Required

Unrestricted, active medical license in the state of New York
Completed four-year residency in psychiatry
Board certification in psychiatry
