Office Manager/Receptionist (In-Office)
Golden Reserve LLC is a rapidly growing financial services company redefining financial planning. They are seeking a Regional Client Administrator to manage client communications and internal operations across their offices, ensuring exceptional client service and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities
All incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence (phones, digital and traditional postage)
Managing all internal operational aspects of your region’s office(s) (inventory and client experience)
Maintaining our client filing system
Providing world class custom service
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years+ of administrative support experience (must include phone support)
Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Teams)
Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and communication soft skills
