Responsibilities

Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring a best-in-class service level

Provide recruitment support including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, managing the pre-employment process and candidate communication and follow-ups

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all endeavors, understanding that the growth of the company is dependent on it

Assist with the administration of recruitment programs

Ensure that we adhere to a consistent hiring process across the company

Assist with market research, data collection and analysis on recruitment source effectiveness and obtaining additional resources in the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruitment process and proactively provide actionable solutions
