Access Services is seeking to contract with licensed professionals to provide services to children and families across eastern Pennsylvania. The role involves providing Written Order and Amended Written Order services, ensuring timely communication with program leadership, and meeting documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

Written Order and Amended Written Order services shall be provided by the Contractor, with a fee of $50-$100 per written order

Agency-required trainings will be paid at $20/hour

Documentation Requirements: Submission Deadline for Payment:

Written Orders Same day as meeting with client/family

Amended Written Orders Within 48 hours of receiving amended request

Invoices, submitted monthly

Timely communication with program leadership & clinical teams

Initial Assessments 15 days for individual services initiation
