Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers in the execution of projects
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee CAD design and engineering processes to ensure high-quality outputs
Coordinate with project engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals
Manage capital equipment and capital projects effectively to meet organizational objectives
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in project engineering and management
Strong knowledge of CAD software and its applications
Experience in capital equipment management and capital projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Open to 75% Travel in US and Canada
Preferred
Master's degree
