2026 Intern - People Researcher

Responsibilities
Lead research initiatives using quantitative and/or qualitative methods that will influence Adobe’s AI employee adoption strategies, exploring how our workforce engages in new technology and identifying ways to accelerate meaningful adoption
Dive into external market research on AI talent within Engineering, leveraging benchmark data and internal insights to help Adobe attract and develop top AI talent
Present actionable insights to stakeholders, making a real impact on our people programs and future direction
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Social Psychology or related field; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate research insights into key take-aways and recommendations to team members and stakeholders across HR
Experience in research methods and study design (e.g., experimentation, survey design, etc.)
Analytical thinking, and understanding of data and statistical methods
Preferred
Knowledge of technological adoption in the workplace or human-computer interactions is a plus—but not required
A proficiency in Python or R, and SQL is strongly preferred
