In this role, you will provide consulting services for product solutions, guiding customers through specifications and ensuring the integration of Kawneer products into architectural projects.

Responsibilities
Review and understand architectural design drawings to provide appropriate technical solutions for project specific requirements
Provide timely response to architects, designers and specifies as follow up to direct e-mail, phone and web inquires
Provide standard, modified and custom detail information to design professionals for project specific requirements
Utilize the company website to assist design professionals
Work closely with the commercial sales organization to maximize promotional opportunities to close bid projects
Identify and communicate emerging market and/or product needs to the product management group
Promote new products whenever possible
Counsel customers on matters of product selection, product application and installation processes
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree
Ability to review and understand architectural design drawings
Experience providing technical solutions for project specific requirements
Strong communication skills to respond to architects, designers, and specifies
Ability to provide standard, modified, and custom detail information for project specific requirements
Familiarity with utilizing company websites to assist design professionals
Experience working closely with commercial sales organizations
Ability to identify and communicate emerging market and/or product needs
Experience promoting new products
Ability to counsel customers on product selection, application, and installation processes
