The successful candidate will provide first-level support to restaurant managers, assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities
End user support via phone communications
The candidate will support MS Windows and Office, Point-of-Sale hardware and software as well as proprietary applications
Candidates should be familiar with remote control software
The Analyst will document trouble calls and provide timely responses to issues which requires efficient problem solving skills
The candidate will be reliable and willing to work in office and restaurant environment
The individual will identify and escalate cases, if necessary, to the appropriate support group
This candidate will be responsible for occasionally completing clerical work as well as work to be completed on-site in-restaurant
The Technical Services Analyst will be required to and should be physically capable to perform tasks necessary to support this position

Expertise in troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network problems
Ability to grasp business issues and translate to technical terms in course of problem resolution
High level of problem solving capabilities

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
