Perform comprehensive support services for the nursing program
Make extensive use of materials, supplies, and equipment to support a variety of upper and lower division laboratory courses
Track and maintain various inventories
Facilitate upkeep of building(s) (e.g., relaying work order request(s) to appropriate departments)
Maintain storage areas
Keep a safe and sanitized work environment
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to three years of experience providing instructional support services for a unit or discipline or in producing materials or supplies, or repairing equipment related to healthcare
Equivalent to two years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies, or equipment in a discipline related to the area may be substituted for one year of the required experience
Equivalent to four years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies, or equipment in a discipline related to the area to which assigned may be substituted for two years of the required experience
Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required
Must successfully complete a pre-placement exam
Preferred
Experience working with simulation equipment
Prior experience with nursing or healthcare education
Knowledge of Google Suite
Knowledge of PeopleSoft
