Responsibilities

Analyze revenue performance data across Sales, Partner Success, and Onboarding to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Optimize CRM processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency

Enhance workflow automation and streamline operational processes across all Revenue teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Partner Success, RevOps, Product, and Analytics

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide strategic recommendations that support revenue growth across all channels

Required

3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, revenue strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related role

You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions)

Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, data analysis, and reporting (Excel or BI tools like Tableau or Sigma)

Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
