DDC Public Affairs is a leading full-service Public Affairs agency known for its expertise in Political Action Committee (PAC) compliance. The Compliance Manager will support a portfolio of PAC clients by advising on campaign finance rules, preparing and filing required reports, and ensuring precision and organization in client service.

Public Relations & Communications

Responsibilities

Serve as a partner and PAC administrator for clients
Research and advise clients on federal and state campaign finance rules, registration, reporting and contribution requirements
Prepare, review and file federal and state campaign finance reports
Review monthly bank statements and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
Prepare contribution checks for clients
Serve as liaison between client and federal and state reporting agencies
Work in a consultative role directly with clients answering PAC inquiries
Collaborate with internal DDC teams -- including technical support and strategic communications – to deliver seamless, high-value support and solutions

Required

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience providing FEC and state-level compliance support
Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in compliance software applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to interface directly with all levels of management and develop positive, cross-functional working relationships
High motivation, integrity, and a commitment to compliance excellence
