Head of Banking Innovation & Strategy
Narmi is a company that empowers community financial institutions with the latest capabilities in digital banking. They are seeking a Head of Banking Innovation & Strategy to build relationships with financial institutions, drive business development, and represent the company at industry events while influencing product development priorities.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at prospect and customer/regional/community financial institutions
Provide both strategic and tactical guidance to navigate complex sales and expansion processes, driving internal and external consensus to close agreements
Use your existing network to generate new business opportunities and open doors for the company
Represent the company at speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events. Contribute to thought leadership content and initiatives
Travel 30-50% of the time to meet with customers, prospects, attend events, and build a strong presence in the market. A willingness to travel is a must
Be an expert communicator of Narmi’s message to leaders in meetings and demos in support of the sales process
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success teams to coordinate closely and align with existing processes, relationships, and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with product teams to articulate customer & prospect impact of product development priorities, timelines, etc
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced, executive-level professional with deep roots in the banking or credit union industry
C-Suite employee at a digitally focused, high performing financial institution
Natural relationship builder, excelling at earning trust and navigating complex industry matters and relationships
Proven track record of driving consensus both internally and externally
Comfortable as a public-facing representative for the company
Willing to travel frequently to build and maintain key relationships
Experience running a successful financial institution
Understanding of the need for digital transformation and the complexity that comes with it
Ability to drive confidence in the Narmi Platform for prospects and customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at prospect and customer/regional/community financial institutions
