They are seeking a Plumbing Design Sales Associate to assist clients in selecting plumbing fixtures and related products, both in the showroom and through face-to-face meetings at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, providing expert guidance on plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, and accessories
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on style, budget, and technical requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, features, trends, and installation requirements
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely delivery
Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and reflect current inventory and promotions
Build lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals to drive repeat business
Qualification
Required
College Degree is Required
Previous retail or plumbing sales experience
Basic understanding of plumbing systems and products (residential and commercial)
Familiarity with brands like Moen, Kohler, Delta and American Standard
Experience with using a point of sale system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform basic math and operate point-of-sale systems
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Saturdays are required
Required Valid Driver's License
