Qualification
Required
Solid background in Data Governance / Master Data Management
Experience leading workflow tool implementations
Superuser-level Experience in Work Management Tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar)
Highly organized and analytical, with expertise in data governance, taxonomies, and master data
Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Project Management & Reporting: Maintain RAID logs, build/manage project plans, manage risks, and hold teams accountable
Vendor Management: (Dealpath) and coordination with internal cross-sector teams
Test Cycle Management
Business Analysis / Documentation Support, as needed
Preferred
Power BI would come as a big plus
Real Estate industry experience
Familiarity with PowerBI, Reltio, Dealpath, or similar master data management and workflow tools
