Responsibilities
Develop and produce security system design documentation using Revit
Coordinate closely with Security Project Managers to align models with project requirements
Create and maintain BIM Models and back-of-house drafting standards for consistency across projects
Use Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks and enhance design efficiency within Revit
Draft and model physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
Support QA/QC efforts to ensure documentation meets internal and client standards
Adapt and revise documentation based on evolving project needs and feedback
Assist in developing workflows that improve drafting accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Revit for drafting and modeling security systems
Experience using Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up design documentation
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Prior experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to adapt quickly to project changes, evolving requirements, and fast-paced environments
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and project managers
Preferred
Familiarity with physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) is a plus
