Responsibilities
Managing a team of analysts processing compensation claims
Reviewing completed investigatory reports and preparing them for submission to the Court of Claims
Representing the State of Illinois in Court of Claims administrative hearings
Engaging in personal and telephone contact with crime victims as needed
Conducting legal research as assigned
Performing document review, file maintenance and monitoring work flow
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be licensed in the State of Illinois at the time of application
Excellent organizational skills
Public speaking skills
Computer skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Preferred
Experience working with crime victims (including criminal prosecution or criminal defense work)
Ability to speak Spanish
