Responsibilities

Drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and its related modules, including Finance, Recruiting, and Talent and as well as Stratajazz
Focus on optimizing business processes, streamlining system configurations, and enabling users to fully leverage Workday’s and Stratajazz’s capabilities
Ensure data integrity, support implementations, and help end users leverage analytics for insight
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable solutions
Lead efforts in end-user training, change management, and support, ensuring that Workday and Stratjazz deliver intuitive experiences and actionable workforce insights
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance adoption, increase efficiency, and unlock new value from the platforms

Required

2 years supporting Workday in a Healthcare environment
Projects and/or programs experience in a complex high performing healthcare information technology systems environment
Experience working in an organization with complex infrastructure, applications, procedures, and cross-functional teams
Proficiency or certification in Workday
Proficiency or certification in Stratajazz
Experience Stratajazz Decision Support and/or Capital Budgeting applications at prior organizations a plus
Workday Proficiency or Certification
Stratajazz Proficiency or Certification
Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
Creativity in building communication and trainings assets
Proficient at utilizing systems to analyze data metrics

Preferred

Experience Stratajazz Decision Support and/or Capital Budgeting applications at prior organizations a plus
Experience in supporting Shiftwizard and/or Dormakaba
1 year Healthcare technology environment
1 year Curriculum design and training delivery
