Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document software solutions and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and precision
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with business SMEs to deliver impactful solutions
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend alternative solutions
Mentor junior developers on technical best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning
Ensure security and compliance in cloud infrastructure and data handling
Create and maintain solution documentation including process designs and job aids
Communicate effectively across technical and business teams
Work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
Qualification
Required
Prior software development experience
Experience in mobile development and user experience design
Experience working in SQL databases and data modeling
Hands-on experience with API development and consumption
Exposure to integration concepts: EAI, ETL, ESB, SOA, publish/subscribe
Experience in web development languages: JavaScript, .NET, HTML, VB, C#, SQL
Experience working in AWS environments
Experience with CI/CD lifecycle and tools
Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with React frameworks
Experience deploying mobile apps to Google Play and Apple App Store
Experience with test automation frameworks
Previous experience in Microsoft Office, Active Directory, SCCM, and OS platforms
