Required

General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Well-organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
Strong communication and client service skills - must be comfortable speaking with clients daily
Preferred
Ideal for a 2L (preferred) or 3L law student with a strong interest in employment law
Prior experience in employment or civil litigation is highly preferred
