Sales & Account Representative

Koronet is a leading vertical SaaS, B2B e-commerce, and payments software company serving the global B2B floral industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Account Representative to join their Customer Success Team, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to existing clients using various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads within our existing customers
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and painpoints
Perform demos to prospects
Design and execute outbound email campaigns to attract potential clients
Work closely with the marketing and Implementations teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and ensure a smooth transition of new clients
Maintain up-to-date records of leads and activities within the CRM system
Gaining insights into new product features and effectively selling them to customers
Independently optimizing activities and processes to achieve your sales goals

Required

Has a strong drive and results-oriented approach to sales and works together with different departments to generate new revenue
Is fluent in English (must)
Learns quickly and develops knowledge of a new industry and complex software solutions
Has at least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in quota-carrying sales roles selling SaaS solutions
Meets and surpasses sales goals through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing
Holds a bachelor's degree in commercial economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Has experience in enterprise SaaS and e-commerce sales; experience in floriculture is a plus
Is skilled in using CRM, Sales outreach, and automation tools
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
