Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from diverse sources
Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical algorithms
Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy and scalability
Communicate analytic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Design visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings effectively
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission teams to solve operational challenges
Stay up to date on data science and AI/ML trends to deliver innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science)
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or quantitative analysis
Proficiency with Python, R, SQL/PostgreSQL, GitLab
Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale datasets
Experience with Palantir Foundry/Gotham tools
Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with telecommunications metadata analysis
Exposure to SIGINT, counterintelligence, or cyber operations
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Spark, Kafka)
Experience with Agile project workflows (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
