Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for data-driven and AI/ML-based personalization products
Champion a customer-centric approach by leveraging insights, data, and advanced analytics to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Identify high-impact use cases across planning, booking, marketing, servicing, and lifestyle platforms
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to design, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for personalization and predictive analytics
Translate model outputs and data signals into actionable product features and business outcomes
Partner with the Model Governance, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure model transparency, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance frameworks
Support the development of data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and real-time personalization engines in collaboration with engineering teams
Serve as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams, driving adoption of AI-powered and data-driven tools
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Online, Servicing, Analytics, Risk, and Data Governance to ensure cohesive product delivery
Communicate complex AI and data concepts in clear, actionable business terms for non-technical stakeholders
Prepare and deliver presentations and product narratives (PPTs) to executive and business audiences
Actively participate in Agile PI Planning sessions, managing feature prioritization, dependency identification, and resource alignment
Partner with Scrum teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure successful product delivery
Coordinate across data, engineering, compliance, and experience design teams to maintain delivery momentum and quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, preferably in travel, financial services, or lifestyle-oriented platforms
Hands-on experience managing data-driven products with a working knowledge of machine learning principles and model lifecycle
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems, and real-time personalization engines
Experience in large-scale planning (Annual/PI planning) within an Agile environment
Proficiency in tools and technologies: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI (Python basics preferred)
Familiarity with ML Studio, GitHub, Elastic Search, and Copilot
Understanding of Model Explainability Tools (SHAP, LIME)
Knowledge of Big Data environments, ETL/ELT processes, and Cloud Platforms (GCP – BigQuery, BigTable, Vertex AI, Lumi)
Familiarity with security, compliance, GDPR, data privacy regulations, and Model Risk Management
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Proven track record in defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI/ML-based product features
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across large, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
