Responsibilities

Dock FOUP, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to customer team

Check tolerances using fixture; report and correct out-of-spec points

Cycle FOUP with handling wafers to check for single, double, and cross-slot issues; escalate if needed

Lubricate lateral rails and wipe down loadport/confined space per module documentation

Run second health check if needed to confirm loadport functionality

RTP tool to module, clean area, and return unused parts

Update inventory of shark cages, utility cages, etc. in Fuzion

Perform fab/sub-fab safety and cleanliness walks

Manage test wafers and chambers conditioning

Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification
