Security Systems - Account Executive
Thompson Electronics Company is a leading commercial security systems integrator in Illinois with 45 years of experience. They are seeking a high-energy Security Systems Sales Account Executive to assist customers in purchasing the right systems solutions and to manage sales territory in northern Illinois.

Responsibilities
Assist customers and prospects in purchasing the right systems solutions for their buildings
Meet with existing and potential customers including owners, building managers, municipal authorities and contractors on a regular basis
Conduct onsite technical surveys, system design, selection of system components, preparation and presentation of formal proposals for the purpose of closing the sale
Qualification
Required
Security and/or Technical sales experience
Bachelor degree – technical or business
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Self Motivation, accountability and be self managed
Preferred
security systems knowledge, training and sales experience
Familiar with technical drawings / specifications
Knowledge of professional construction means and methods
Electrical infrastructure requirements
Previous experience in working with the construction trades
Bachelor's
Technical sales: 3 years
