Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial
Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation
Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience in employment law
Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity
