Sales Program Manager

The Sales Program Manager will manage the Samsung Rewards program, drive participation and sales performance, and collaborate with various teams to optimize execution and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
Manage the Samsung Rewards program to drive participation, sales performance, and overall growth
Monitor performance using Samsung’s dashboards and analytics tools to track results and identify opportunities
Analyze data to find trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, then share insights with leadership and field teams
Collaborate with Samsung and internal teams to align goals, incentives, and execution plans
Support field teams with updates, best practices, and tools to improve program adoption and compliance
Report on progress and creating action plans to address performance challenges
Continuously improve operations by simplifying processes and ensuring consistency across stores
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
3–5+ years of experience in sales or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
