Staff Forecasting and Performance Analysis, Emerging Talent Intern
Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking an Emerging Talent Intern in the Staff Forecasting and Performance Analysis team. The intern will support workforce planning by analyzing staffing trends, collaborating with the Exams team, and contributing to the strategic design of the MTA’s talent pipeline.

Responsibilities
Analyze attrition and staffing data
Support the development of hiring forecasts
Collaborate with the Exams team on assessment planning
Track and update exam schedules
Prepare visual reports and dashboards
Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring source availability
Participate in meetings with HR and operating departments
Assist in ad hoc data analysis and reporting tasks
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills
The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player
Matriculated in a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA
Major(s) Preferred: Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
