Responsibilities
Answering phones calls and responding to general tax office questions
Managing client database and tax return statuses using workflow software (Tax Dome)
Organizing and analyzing financial information to support tax preparation
Contacting clients via phone or e-mail regarding updates, deadlines, and required information to prepare their return quickly and efficiently
Maintaining an organized electronic filing cabinet, ensuring correct file types naming conventions and locations
Overseeing electronic filing submissions and acknowledgements for state and federal tax returns
Communicating client progress with internal management and assisting with special projects related to office administration
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
