Responsibilities

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize underwriting and distribution processes, ensuring alignment with target operating models

Conduct market and customer segmentation analyses, with focus on SME insurance products and evolving client expectations

Support design of omnichannel distribution models and B2B partnership strategies (brokers, aggregators, insurtechs, and direct channels)

Contribute to pricing and underwriting model assessments, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved risk segmentation

Evaluate insurtech and digital distribution trends to inform competitive positioning and business model design

Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance requirements when designing customer data and lead management processes

Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and analytics teams to enhance client experience and distribution effectiveness across touchpoints

Develop actionable insights through market and customer data analysis, translating them into strategic recommendations for business and technology leaders

Required

5+ years of experience within insurance consulting, functional business analysis, or strategic operations roles

Demonstrated expertise across several of the following domains: Underwriting models and processes, Distribution models, networks, and lead management, Client experiences design and customer segmentation, B2B partnerships and channel management, Pricing and underwriting processes, Omnichannel distribution frameworks, SME insurance market and products, Insurtech and market analysis, GDPR and customer data management, Traditional and digital marketing in insurance contexts

Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting market assessments and data-driven recommendations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, underwriting, marketing, and digital transformation

Prior consulting experience within auto, property, or commercial insurance environments preferred

You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute
