Responsibilities

Lead and foster our “people first” culture

Support the monthly S&OP process by integrating inputs into revenue and margin outlooks

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and assess sales incentive programs

Partner with Sales and HR on the development of sales bonus programs and calculations

Help Sales leaders understand and manage key financial metrics (revenue growth, gross margin, contribution margin, and profitability by customer/product)

Develop and present financial analysis and recommendations for the company's strategic initiatives to support the decision-making process by various levels of company Management

Interpret and present financial analysis of monthly and quarterly results versus plan and prior year

Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure sales effectiveness and profitability

Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting tools

Drive standardization and automation of sales finance processes where possible

Support financial systems implementation or enhancement initiatives related to sales data and analytics

Required

5 – 10 years' experience as a FP&A Business Partner or Senior Financial Analyst

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
