Responsibilities
Answer in-bound calls and actively listen to customers concerns
Strive for first call resolution by efficiently addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing accurate solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system
Follow company policies and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality service
Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Provide information about products and services
Cross-sell and upsell service contracts to customers
Coordinate with field representatives to ensure needs of customers are being met
Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the goal
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Minimum 3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment
Ability to complete an accelerated training program and pass multiple assessments within the training period
Comfortable sitting for extended periods, using a headset, and entering data into computer systems while assisting customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, with high initiative and creative problem-solving abilities
Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
Comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
Must attend full-time training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for several weeks
Post-training schedule: 20 hours per week during regular business hours
