Responsibilities
Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments (RFCs) to gather feedback
Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
Master your Order domain and resolve incident responses independently
Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in software engineering or any relevant field
Experience building something you're proud of in your favorite language
A deep desire to build something impactful and think like a founder
The courage to live in the future, dream big, and learn from failures
An insatiable curiosity to learn how things work and ask why
A willingness to seek and give feedback and grow beyond your comfort zone
