The Sales Operations Analyst will ensure smooth operations of sales support systems and processes, enhance internal information flow, and improve system efficiency through data analysis and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requested customer updates are made in a timely manner

Ensure customers’ websites are updated regularly, ensuring company products are up-to-date and accurately displayed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve internal issues related to product images, product listings and product specifications that we share with the customers we do business with

Serve as the primary point of contact for Webshop, Morton Salt’s online ordering portal, related to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues; develop and maintain clear, user-friendly training materials to guide customers in resolving common Webshop challenges

Enhance internal systems, databases, and processes to improve information flow and accessibility across the marketing and sales teams

Ensure content on the company’s internal Digital Asset Management system (CANTO) is current and aligns with marketing and sales objectives

Identify, Create, and Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in the sales cycle

Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and identifying trends or issues related to sales performance and system efficiency

Conduct root cause analysis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data discrepancies

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience, or 8-10 years of related work experience in lieu of degree

Understanding of web content management systems (CMS), portals, and database management

Ability to accurately update and manage customer information, product information and content across various platforms

Experience identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform data analysis, create reports, and generate insights

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Customer database. Intermediate experience in using and or understanding of these platforms and their functionalities will be considered beneficial for this role

Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve operational and system-related issues effectively

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
