Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to local SMBs within the San Antonio MSA
Present ESA Buzz Project’s local listing packages and SaaS solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Manage renewals and upsells to grow recurring revenue
Accurately record leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM
Provide feedback on local business needs and market trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in telephone or inside sales, ideally with SaaS or advertising products
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
Based in or deeply familiar with San Antonio, TX area
Preferred
Familiarity with local business marketing or digital advertising is a plus
