They are seeking a design engineer with knowledge of on-site power generation equipment and technology design to enhance their product lines. The role involves performing design modifications, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with manufacturing to develop standards.

Responsibilities
Be experienced with on-site power generation industry, equipment, and technologies
Perform design or modification of products to meet market needs and fabrication capabilities
Prepare technical design drawings, bills of material, and collaborate with operations in developing manufacturing standards
Establish detail layout, drawings, quality standards
Coordinate specification development and standards qualification testing
Recommend capital equipment changes or additions to support superior quality capability
Interact with manufacturing to develop work instructions, product and production specifications
Employ lean methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Be experienced with on-site power generation industry, equipment, and technologies
Perform design or modification of products to meet market needs and fabrication capabilities
