Has in-depth knowledge in actuarial discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or math preferred, or equivalent education and/or experience with emphasis in math, accounting, or finance required

Ability to compile, analyze, present, and interpret complex financial and statistical information to facilitate decision making

Must have the ability to summarize results in written form

Strong understanding and application of accounting principles and experience in the interpretation of financial statements

High skill in using computer application software for financial modeling, statistical analysis, spreadsheet calculations, word processing, and other analyses

Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed

Above average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy

Strong attention to detail required

Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and night

Legally able to work in the United States
