Responsibilities

Prepares work for processing, including cleaning, wiring, fixturing, etc

Loads and unloads furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, etc

Stacks/loads parts in customer bins or containers

Immediately brings any unusual problem, irregularity, or concern to the Heat Treater, Foreman/Lead Person, or management

Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping

Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position

This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customers’ inventory and, as such, will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage

Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism

This position will allow for cross-training and the development of additional skills
