Contribute to projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, focusing on regulatory compliance and contract management

Assist in debt finance transactions, including preparation of loan documentation and financial analysis

Support real estate transactions by conducting property due diligence and title reviews

Help develop employee compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with legal standards and company policies
