Responsibilities
Manage samples by category, priority, and schedule
Handle sample logistics, including receiving, tracking, and returns
Coordinate sample check-in/out for studio shoots and ensure return
Verify samples for accuracy and quality; report discrepancies
Maintain product copy sheets and accurate sample records
Support Product Supervisors and Managers with projects and cross-functional tasks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with retail operations
Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides) and/or MS Office (Excel, MS Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint)
Can manage the repetitive nature of the role
Work as an important part of a talented team
