They are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill their Inside Sales position at the New Castle, Delaware facility, where the role involves understanding customer needs, tracking sales opportunities, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and requirements
Track and document sales opportunities and results
Collect and maintain project related documents
Assist with various marketing efforts
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Keeping up with product, service information, and updates
Prepare and send out sales quotes
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Act as a liaison between customers and plant production
Ensure quality standards are being met
Qualification
Required
Inside sales experience or account management experience
Ability to interact with internal resources including sales team, management and executives
Clear, professional, and concise verbal and written communication
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to adapt and prioritize work to support our customers
Computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and other Windows-based programs
Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
