Human Resources Partner - Employee Relations
Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California, actively seeking new members to join their corporate team. The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations will conduct complex workplace investigations and serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, providing support to resolve employee relations issues.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc
Will serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs
Provides support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues
May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in the area of employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances
Will perform special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field required
At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required
Knowledge of state and federal employment law
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially
Ability to travel required
Preferred
Human Resources Professional Certification preferred
