Responsibilities
Lead product design development for private label retail collections, with additional focus on packaging design
Oversee visual direction and ensure creative alignment across multiple client aesthetics
Concept and execute designs that are both trend-aware and strategically grounded
Mentor and manage junior designers, providing clear feedback and direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Prepare mechanical and production-ready files for factory partners
Monitor market trends and translate them into relevant, elevated design concepts
Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a Senior or Art Director role
Strong background in retail or agency environments, with private label experience preferred
Exceptional graphic design skills including print, pattern, color, and typography
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Preferred
Strong background in retail or agency environments, with private label experience preferred
