Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and culture initiatives

Lead end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and agency collaboration

Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

Support employees with questions about benefits, leave management, and return-to-work cases

Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety requirements, and company policies

Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to leaders and employees

Drive consistency in HR practices and support site unification efforts
