Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of DD&T projects, including commercial data and analytics solutions, field force technologies, and digital marketing enablement
Support project planning activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
Help track project progress, dependencies, and risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Participate in team meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Conduct research on technology trends and best practices relevant to pharmaceutical product launches and digital health
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, commercial analytics and insights, commercial operations, and technology partners to gather and understand requirements and support project deliverables

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Information Technology, Marketing, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
Eager to learn about the pharmaceutical industry and the role of technology in healthcare
Strong interest in digital health, technology, and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
Experience with Microsoft solutions such as CoPilot, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Jira) is a plus
Interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI), including familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or applications for everyday AI, productivity, collaboration, automation, or data literacy
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
