5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience
Proven track record in Workday deployment or large-scale system implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department technology projects
Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and end users
Ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and guide project teams
