Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising role
Experience in visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment
Proven experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards
Experience with special events and window installations
Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
