As a Senior Software Engineer on the Identity and Access Management team, you'll design and maintain secure cloud services, contributing to key projects and collaborating with engineers to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable cloud services that power our global authentication and authorization systems
Contribute to the technical direction of key projects
Write high-quality code
Collaborate closely with engineers across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions
Play a key role in building distributed systems
Solve complex technical problems
Ensure that our IAM services meet the highest standards for performance, security, and operational excellence

Qualification

Required

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of software development experience
Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C#, or other object-oriented languages
Experience delivering high-scale, distributed services in a production environment
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system design
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience operating mission-critical, Tier-1 live services
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, etc
Knowledge of multi-region deployments and multi-AD/AZ architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc
Experience translating internal customer needs into prioritized features
Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational best practices
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, PCI DSS)
