Responsibilities
Recruits top talent in the marketplace through sourcing and attending all viable job fair and/or networking events
Conducts proactive searches utilizing creative and cost-effective sourcing methods to recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions
Designs and implements targeted advertising strategies
Works closely with hiring managers in identification of appropriate candidates and manages the interview process between the candidate and client, including relaying feedback between parties & salary negotiations
Provides guidance and assistance throughout recruitment cycle
Builds pipelines of applicants including veterans, underrepresented groups and people with disabilities through the establishment and utilization of relationships with community groups, centers of influence, and other applicant sources as needed
Seeks out and recommends sources of candidates including social media, online groups, colleges, job fairs, technical schools, local events, etc
Manages job opening and applicant information via the applicant tracking system
Updates job openings throughout the recruitment cycle
Attains applicant information, sends out offer letters, and other communications to be updated in the applicant tracking system
Ensures applicant pool certification prior to finalizing placement
Closes out job openings upon candidate hire or withdrawal of recruitment effort
Meets recruitment goals/metrics
Provides a high level of customer service to internal clients and employees as well as external candidates
Assists in the facilitation of trainings for new hiring managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and one (1) year of relevant experience
Expanded Background Check
Preferred
Prior HR and/or recruitment experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to travel locally
